This course will teach you how best to communicate with parents so that you can get on an do the treatment you want to do without constant interuptions that break your flow of concentration.

Communication is a key part of treating babies, and it's also a really important part of growing your practice. The parent isn't physically feeling what you are doing unlike when an adult gets treatment. So it's vitally important that you are able to explain to them what is going on. Otherwise they will feel left out of the whole process and disempowered. Remember the parent and baby are both your customers and your communication skills are a key component of balancing the needs of parent and baby.
