Baby Stretching & Health Check Programs For Parents

Being a new parent is scary - I think it's like being asked to pilot an alien spaceship - in that literally anything can happen and it doesn't matter how many books you've read in advance - when it comes down to it - it's the great leap into the unknown!

Time Poor, Sleep Poor !

As a new parent you want great quality advice from someone who's been there at the coalface, but you also want it delivered quickly and in a way that a sleep deprived brain can easily absorb! This step by step video course will do just that.

Short concise no waffle videos showing you hands on what to do with baby so that you can just watch and follow along at home.

Just what is going on for your baby?

Often parents are left mystified by babies, just why are they crying and unhappy? You've done the usual checks, food, nappy, sleep, temperature etc. "Why", what's going on I hear you cry !!

This course will give you a new insight into baby and shed light on your question because it will show you how to check physically how your baby is moving in their joints, muscles and spine. And this is crucial to their well being and happiness.

Birth Trauma and Baby

Regardless of delivery method all baby's get birth trauma, and often they will also get strong influences from the way they were positioned in the womb.

Even with a 'good birth' baby will have a tendancy to turn and curl to one side in the body, neck and hips. It's this type of tightness that I will show you how to check for and it's important because it can strongly influence baby

The Big Six

When I mentor practitioners and teach them how to treat babies I always start with 'The Big Six' - Because when they start out practitioners have as much fear about babies as new parents!

So I explain that when you have a new adult patient they could come in with anything, but with babies they don't they will come in with one of the "The Big Six" . Colic, Reflux, Sleep, Latch, Bowels, Head Shape.

Now there's always the exception but 99% of the time it's the big six - so why is that important for you?

Squished Stomachs

Because that birth trauma we talked about is often contributing to the big six, as physical restriction in the body effects the way baby functions. So for example if baby's stomach or bowel area gets a bit squished due to tight hips or tucking to one side it can effect bowels and digestion.

Just picture yourself wearing a really tight pair of jeans then eating a huge meal, well that's how baby can feel, except they can't unbuckle the belt!

Sorting Out Those Sixes

So this course will help you to get to grips with what physically is going on for your baby and is the first step in sorting the big six. It will also start you on the journey of optimum wellness for your baby - because this cause will introduce you to a secret weapon - Baby Stretching !

Baby Stretching Program

Despite the thousands of hours I have put in treating babies I think the biggest contribution I have made to the health of babies is through this stretching program that I developed for parents.

And it was the overwhelming feedback from parents who have used this program that inspired me to shoot the video footage in clinic needed to create this online version of the program.
