How does this Training Program work?
It focuses on the practical aspects of handling, examining and treating babies, and it uses videos of babies being treated in clinic in order to show you exactly what to do and when.
It's a very comprehensive course that you will come back to time and time again and will form the solid foundational core of your paediatric training.
It is structured so you can easily work through it from start to finish in your own pace as fast as slow as you like in the comfort of your own home or clinic.
It is segmented into many splinter videos so that you easily find and access a topic if you need to quickly review prior to treating.

How can we get this work out to a world wide audience?
In 2016 Jonathan ran fully booked out "How to treat Babies" attendance courses. 4 times in a row.
It was fun, but it is limited by time, money and geography to the Goldcoast of Australia.
We could run bigger courses and travel with them but again the cost of doing that would have made the courses thousands of dollars and been a huge logistical challenge.
The Origins of This Program
Prior to being an osteopath Jonathan was one of the first wave of computer geeks in the 1980's. Although intellectually stimulating and financially rewarding it wasn't his "calling" and after a decade working for the big Merchant Banks in London he changed course completely and started his journey into the field of health.
Then after qualifiying as on Osteopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, he moved to new Zealand where he started treating babies and children.
Fast forward many years to an evening whilst chatting with his wife over dinner ...
.... the conversation turned to how to get this work with babies out to many more practitioners.
Jonathan had already being shooting footage of babies in clinic to use as teaching tools just for the osteopaths in his clinic, but this was the light bulb moment.
"I am good with computers, I love teaching, and I certainly not getting any younger, we need to get these skills out and available worldwide and we need to do it now !"
And that's when he formally started filming in clinic with the intention of building this library of footage into a comprehensive paediatric program.
However, the development of this course had not been without it's obstacles as some members of the osteopathic establishment intensely dislike the the 'online' teaching of technique and hands on skills believing this should only be taught in person.
Of course In person one on one mentorship is the gold standard for learning technique. The difficulty of course is that not everybody has the opportunity to learn this way, due to time, financial and geographic constraints.
This is especially so with treating babies babies as the technique practice on in person paediatric courses is shown & practiced on adults or on dolls!
And that's why we developed this course - we must spread this work as there are simply not enough practitioners working in this field. And its not because they don't want to it's because they can't access the training that they need.
We launched this online teaching venture in May 2016 and in the 10 months since then 387 students from 15 different countries have already purchased and completed our on-line programs.
